what if the clothes have BIG defects? (i wil ask agent about it, 1. agent refund, 2. ownself send back supplier, 3. no choice.. its a risk.) this is becos items have gone thru supplier and agent double checkpoints already. they would be the ones checking for defects. so w/o valid reasons, they will not refund.

FULL PROCESS:
order thru vonne,
made payment to vonne
vonne submits orders to agent on closing date
agent get back to vonne on order status
vonne feedbacks order status within one week from closing date.
vonne refunds all oos items
wait patiently for items to arrive
vonne receives parcel, emails date of mailing out the items and refunds any other OOS items at this point in time.
